("You" or "Customer") who use our DDOS stress testing service ("Service"). By accessing and using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

You acknowledge and agree that51DDOSThe DDOS stress testing service provided can only be used forTest systems, networks or applications that you own or have been expressly authorised to test. If you want to test a third party system, you must obtain written authorisation from the owner of the system or network in question. 

1.2Responsibility for the target system
It is your responsibility to ensure that the target system or network you request to test does not violate any applicable laws, regulations or third party rights. Unauthorised or illegal use of our services for testing is strictly prohibited.

2.Prohibited activities

You agree not to use our Services to engage in any activity that is unlawful, illegal or prohibited under applicable local, national or international law. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorised DDOS attacks, disrupting or interfering with the normal operation of a system or network, or engaging in any form of cybercrime.

2.2Misuse of services
You must not use our services for any purpose that could cause damage to others, disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of our website, services or network. This includes, but is not limited to, using malware, viruses or carrying out any illegal activity such as unauthorised DDOS attacks, penetration tests or data breaches.

3.Liability and compensation

3.1Exclusion of liability for acts of third parties
51DDOSNot liable for any damages, loss of data or system interruptions resulting from the use of our services. By using our services, you agree to be liable for any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the misuse of the services and release the51DDOSof responsibility.

3.2Limitation of liability
In any case.51DDOSNeither shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the use of our services, including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, loss of data or other commercial damages or losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless51DDOSand its affiliates, employees, agents and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages or costs (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, which include, but are not limited to, any legal liability arising out of a breach of third party rights or engaging in illegal activities.

4.Service availability and modifications

51DDOSThere is no guarantee of the availability, accuracy or performance of the DDOS stress test service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate any service at any time without prior notice. We will use reasonable endeavours to notify you when a service disruption may affect scheduled testing.

4.2Service Changes
We reserve the right to update, revise or modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be notified to you by email or through our website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these modified terms.

5.Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of any data you provide in the course of using our Services. However, by using our Services, you acknowledge that no system can be 100% secure.51DDOSThe security of your data during transmission or testing cannot be guaranteed.

5.2Data retention and deletion
All data generated through the DDOS stress test process, including test results, logs and records, will be stored for review and analysis for [insert retention period]. At the request of our customers, we will delete or anonymise the relevant data when it is no longer required.

6.Termination of services

6.1Termination of rights
51DDOSreserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated any of the terms of this Agreement, engaged in unlawful activity, or misused our Services.

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by notifying us in writing. Fees paid for services will not be refunded, regardless of whether or not testing has begun.

7.Applicable law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising out of the use of the Site or the Services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

By using the51DDOSs DDOS Stress Test Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
